A registered, insured vendor your purchasing department can approve.

Graduations, dedications, homecoming, back-to-school and district conferences — installed with secure anchoring and non-damaging mounting, and with purchase orders and vendor paperwork handled.

The event is the easy part.

Most institutional buyers we talk to have already decided what they want. What stops them is a vendor who is not registered, cannot produce a certificate of insurance for the right entity, will not take a purchase order, or cannot give a number that fits on a requisition.

We have already cleared all four.

Procurement

Everything your requisition needs, before you ask.

  • Purchase orders accepted. Including institutional POs and net terms.
  • Registered vendor with San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools and with UC Riverside.
  • W-9 and certificates of insurance issued to your institution on request.
  • District vendor registration completed without back-and-forth.
  • A figure you can budget against — itemized per configuration and formatted the way your requisition needs it.

Next fiscal year

Most of this work is the same event, next year.

Recognition ceremonies, senior awards, student stand-outs and annual showcases come around on a calendar, and departments that book with us usually reorder against last year’s arrangement. We keep the specification on file, so the second year is a phone call rather than a procurement exercise.

If you are planning a year of events rather than one, send the calendar and we will quote the set.

Three starting points

Start from one of three. We quote it to your date.

Most campus events begin from one of these three and are sized from there. Installation and strike are quoted with the job, and quotes and invoices are itemized, so purchasing can see exactly what each component is.

  1. Campus Essential

Four Signature Balloon Columns in your institution’s colors, installed and struck to schedule.

For: Registration, staff recognition, dedications, back-to-school and single-entrance events.

Balloon columns marking a VIP check-in entrance on a campus walkway
  2. Campus Signature

A Signature Framed Balloon Arch for the stage or entry, plus four Signature Balloon Columns in your institution’s colors, installed and struck to schedule.

For: Graduations, homecoming, campus dedications and district conferences.

  3. Campus Full Ceremony

A Signature Framed Balloon Arch, four Elite Tapered Columns, an Elite 8ft Circular Backdrop Ring for photographs, and framed mosaic numbers for the graduating class year.

For: Commencement, major dedications and multi-zone campus events.

Colors are matched to your institution using the closest available balloon color, named on your quote. Additional columns, garlands, mosaic numbers and marquee letters are quoted alongside. Purchase orders accepted, including institutional POs and net terms.

Anchored to hold. Mounted to leave no mark.

Secure anchoring, non-damaging mounting, quality materials, and access and safety requirements confirmed before anything is built. Much of this work is not on a campus at all — district offices, conference centers, offsite recognition events — and the standard does not change with the address.

Nothing penetrates a finished surface, nothing leaves adhesive residue, and nothing is left behind when we strike.
