How we price
Every job is sized to the actual site, so the number comes from the site. This page shows the working — what each configuration covers, what is inside every quote, and what to send so most quotes go back priced the first time.
What decides the number
- The route, not the package. Component count follows the distance a driver has to be carried and the number of decision points on the way. We size the system to the site.
- How many altitude bands the site needs. A single model on a short frontage does not need what an entrance-to-model route needs.
- The install window. The route goes in while the site is empty, with structural completion contracted in writing, before your doors open. A route that has to be standing by first light is a different crew plan from one that does not.
- Distance from our workshop. Installation and strike scale with it, and the rate is confirmed on every quote.
- How long it has to hold. A multi-day run is priced with a refresh; a single morning is not.

These are reference configurations, not fixed bundles. Components are added or removed to match what the site actually needs, and we will price a route that sits between two of these or outside all three. The names exist so there is something to quote from, not to limit what you can order.
Route size drives the component count, so we size to the site, not to a package. Installation and strike are quoted with the job and scale with distance from our workshop. Send the date and the site address and the quote comes back with the configuration, the component list and the price on it.
Dealerships
Showroom installations, quoted to the floor.
A full showroom environment — entrance, floor and display placements, matched to your promotion. Scheduled refresh of an existing installation is quoted to your promotional calendar.
Multi-day activations
Route refresh, priced separately.
On multi-day activations we return mid-run to replace weathered components and re-tension the route. It is priced to the route and quoted alongside the install — never included in one, because it is real crew time on a real return trip.
It is a separate line, never folded into the install. A route that has to hold for a week is a different job from one that has to hold for a weekend, and we would rather price that honestly than quietly absorb it and cut corners somewhere else.
What every quote includes
- Certificate of insurance issued to your entity on request.
- Non-damaging mounting — no penetration, no adhesive residue, no damage to finished surfaces or completed landscaping.
- Installation while the site is empty. Start time is set by the route and the schedule.
- Structural completion contracted in writing, before your doors open.
- Scheduled strike — full teardown, hardware recovery, site left as found.
- Route refresh is not included. It is priced separately, above.
Installation and strike are quoted with the job. The rate scales with distance from our workshop, and it is confirmed on every quote.
Questions we get asked
Why isn’t there one price per event?
Route size, site conditions and distance drive the number. The packages are the starting points.
How far ahead should we book?
For model openings and route work we usually hold the stock, so we can often take a booking the day before. Larger event installations — anything needing special-order items or a site plan — need at least a week.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We issue a certificate of insurance to your entity on request.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, including institutional POs and net terms.
What areas do you serve?
Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
Will the installation damage our property?
No penetration, no adhesive residue, non-damaging mounting throughout.
Can you match our brand colors?
We match to the closest available balloon color, and the match is named on your quote.
