Privacy policy

This policy covers the quote form on this site and what happens to what you send us. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we ask for who you are and how to reach you — your name, company, email address and phone number — and for what we need in order to price the work: the event date and event start time, the site address, the type of event, the scope you have in mind, your brand colors, and any documents you choose to upload, such as a brand standards file.

We do not ask for payment details through this site.

Why we collect it

To build you a quote. Every field on the form exists because its absence costs an email — a route cannot be priced without a site, and a completion time cannot be committed to without a start time. None of it is collected for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

A submission is stored on this website, emailed to Eric, and transferred into Odoo, the system we use to build quotes and manage projects. Odoo is named here because procurement reviewers ask, and because it is where your inquiry actually lives once it becomes a quote.

Documents you upload

Brand standards files and any other document you attach are stored outside the public web root. They are not reachable by URL and are not served to visitors.

How long we keep it

Quote submissions are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, and are then deleted on a schedule. That covers the inquiry, the project that follows and a repeat booking the year after. If you want a submission removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. The only cookies it sets are the ones WordPress needs to operate the form and, if you are a logged-in administrator, your session. There is no tracking pixel on this site and no third-party script running on these pages.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the request to us and we will action it and confirm when it is done.
