A room that looks like an event, not like a room you rented.
Ceiling treatments, stage framing, photo backdrops and registration-area work for convention centers, ballrooms and conference venues — built to the venue’s rules and struck on your load-out.

What the room has to do
An empty hall photographs like an empty hall.
A convention center is built to be neutral. That is what makes it bookable, and it is also why a general session in a bare hall looks like a meeting rather than an event — and why the photographs your team posts afterward have nothing in them but a lectern.
Structural balloon work fixes that at the scale the room actually is. It goes up in hours rather than days, it does not require rigging points the venue will not give you, and it comes down the same night.
What we install in a venue.
- Photo backdrops. Framed rings, step-and-repeat surrounds and red-carpet positions — the piece your attendees stand in front of, and the reason the event appears on anyone else’s feed.
- Stage and general session framing. Columns, arches and organic work sized to the stage rather than to a catalog.
- Ceiling treatments. Quoted by span, because the ceiling height and the rigging the venue will actually permit decide what can be built.
- Concourse and registration. Entrance markers and route work through a concourse, so attendees find registration without being walked there.
- Table and accent pieces. Centerpieces and small-scale work for registration desks, sponsor tables and recognition seating.

Not every institutional event is on a campus.
A district conference in a convention hall, a university event in a hotel ballroom, a recognition evening at a banquet venue — the buyer and the paperwork are institutional, and the room is somebody else’s.
That is this page rather than the education page, and the difference is operational: we are working to a venue’s load-in schedule and its rules as well as to yours.
What the venue will ask you for.
- A certificate of insurance naming the venue. Issued to your entity or theirs on request.
- Non-damaging mounting. No penetration, no adhesive residue, nothing fixed to a finished surface.
- A load-in and strike time we will hold to, including a same-night strike with hardware recovered.
- No surcharge for the days in between. A three-day conference is installed once, struck once and billed once — the hold itself costs no more than a four-hour event.
- W-9 and vendor registration handled without back-and-forth.
Send the venue, the date and your load-in window.
Tell us the room and what has to happen in it, and you will get a scope and a price back. If the venue needs a certificate before we are on the schedule, say so and it goes out with the quote.
