Brixton, at Manhattan Square in Carson, opened on a Saturday at 10 AM. The whole route went in overnight and was finished before the doors opened, at a community so new it had no street address yet. The order went to an intersection, and the install was planned from the site plan.

Planned from the site plan

A brand-new community is the normal case in this work, not the exception. There is often no address to put into a map and nothing to walk beforehand. The site plan shows where the entrance, the models and the sales office are, and that is enough to place every piece. This is why our quote form accepts a map pin as well as an address.

The build matched the full routes at Great Park the week before: clusters on poles and at the models, mini columns, two High-Endurance Columns at the curb, and a Deluxe 5ft Helium Highflier above the rooftops. This time the palette added orange to the blue, turquoise and white.
